Fungiline® Armenia
Fungiline® Armenia brings a global direct-to-consumer brand of medicinal mushroom supplements to Armenia. The team behind it approached us with a simple problem: how might we make the store run itself, and let the team focus on relationships instead?
Selling supplements online in Armenia takes more than a storefront. Every order needs a card payment confirmed by the bank, a fiscal receipt registered with the State Revenue Committee, a courier and an accurate stock count. Doing all of that by hand for every order would turn the store into a full-time job for a team of a few people. Fungiline needed a system that handled it on its own, and a store that felt like their brand rather than a generic template.
We designed and built the storefront from scratch, and took it from spec to a live operation in under a month. The storefront is completely custom-built, with Payload as its CMS and content API layer. We’ve also ensured that every paid order issues its fiscal receipt (e-HDM) automatically, and every refund issues the return receipt. As a small operation, the team needed a hybrid approach to delivery pricing, promotions and discounts, and the storefront lets them control it with ease.
The design kept Fungiline’s existing identity and gave it a more clinical touch, with more white space, sharper typography and custom icons. Armenian and Russian got equal care across the interface. The store is mobile-first and deliberately minimal.
For the team, an order now arrives finished. It’s paid, the receipt is issued and delivery is priced, and a Telegram notification and a courier request draft are waiting. Their part is packing the box.
Since everything runs through a single content API, the platform is ready for AI agents. We’re testing them now on content, fulfillment and other repetitive work. The hard part of a store like this was never the storefront. It’s everything that happens after someone pays, and that is the part we built to run without people.
